Creative Community Services, an Atlanta GA based nonprofit organization, was started by Sally Buchanan in 1982. Sally created this organization to help children and adults with special needs. The Holiday Wish List event provides gifts to 30 children in foster care and 80 adults and children with developmental disabilities served by CCS.
