Ken moved to Atlanta in 1977 to attend Emory University School of Law. Ken began his law career in 1980 after becoming a member of the Georgia Bar Association. He was an Associate Attorney with, McNulty and
Donohue, Atlanta, Georgia, 1980-1983 and a Partner, McNulty and Nugent, P.C., 1983-1989.
In 1989, Ken opened his own law practice as President of Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. with 6 office throughout the state of Georgia.
Ken is married and has 5 children.

2002, Mark joined our firm and works in our Macon location. From
our Macon location he handles clients cases and litigation throughout middle and
South Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American
Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
