Athens, GA (January 16, 2020) – Around 5:30 p.m. on the evening of January 14, police responded to the scene of a car crash at an Athens intersection that caused injuries in one.
According to the University of Georgia Police Department, the crash took place at the intersection of East Campus Road and Carlton Street.
One of the drivers involved in the accident had a case of whiplash after the accident.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the accident.
