Atlanta, GA (November 7, 2019) – Around 3 p.m., police responded to the scene of an accident involving a moped and a pickup truck at Lucille Boulevard in Atlanta.
Police claim that those in the pickup truck started assaulting the driver of the moped, which is when the moped driver engaged in road rage and took out a gun. He fired shots at the people in the pickup truck, striking one. The party was later taken to the hospital for treatment.
The moped driver then fled, which is when the driver of the pickup truck tried to chase after him. The pickup truck driver lost control and struck a passenger vehicle. There were multiple passengers inside the vehicle who were taken to the Grady Memorial Hospital with various injuries.
Police have not yet found the driver of the moped and they have not been given charges as of yet.
The investigation of the accident is currently ongoing.
