Over 133 pedestrians were killed in the first half of 2018, with hundreds of lives being taken that year in total. Pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable parties on our roads due to the fact that they are vastly susceptible to harm. If a pedestrian has been impacted by one of these accidents, family members might be able to file a claim so that they can move forward on emotional and financial levels during one of the most difficult times in their lives.
