Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia
In the first half of 2018, 130 pedestrians reportedly lost their lives, with many more losing their lives in the second half. The aftermath of a pedestrian accident can be especially devastating for those involved in these accidents. Most fatal pedestrian accidents would be prevented if drivers constantly remained alert on our roads. However, because this does not always happen, victims are left to face the aftermath and would greatly benefit from speaking with a wrongful death attorney in Georgia.
It is an unfortunate fact that many families are left to deal with the aftermath of pedestrian accidents that others have caused. Families might find that they are financially responsible for aspects like hospital stays, lost wages, funeral costs, pain and suffering, and more after one of these collisions. Our attorneys at Kenneth S. Nugent, PC believe that you should never be left to face the aftermath of an accident on your own. Families have a right to compensation for a wide array of aspects. It is important that victims contact a skilled Georgia accident attorney at (888) 579-1790 as soon as possible.
