Atlanta, GA (September 6, 2020) – Around 4:15 p.m. this afternoon, September 6, a car accident with injuries took place on an Atlanta highway.
Atlanta Police responded to the scene of the accident, which took place in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Porsche Avenue. Police have not yet determined the circumstances leading up to the accident but have said that the crash resulted in heavy damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. The extent of the injuries is not entirely known but one or more victims were hospitalized as a result.
There were severe traffic delays in the area for a period of time until police were able to clear the scene.
At this time, the investigation into the accident is ongoing.
