Atlanta, GA (February 15, 2020) – Police confirmed that a construction worker was killed in a fatal accident last night on GA-407 in Atlanta.
The Sandy Springs Fire Department responded to the scene of the accident where they discovered that the worker was working on the road when he suddenly fell.
The construction worker was initially transported to the hospital with serious injuries. However, the Georgia Department of Transportation quickly confirmed that he died today around 1 p.m.
The worker’s identity has not yet been confirmed. The accident remains under investigation.
