Atlanta, GA (December 4, 2019) – Atlanta Police responded to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident involving a motor vehicle on GA-403 in Atlanta last night, December 3.
According to officials, the accident took place when a motorist in an SUV stopped under the 17th Street bridge on GA-403. The man got out of his vehicle for unknown reasons, which was when he was struck and killed by another vehicle.
Several other vehicles piled up into one another following the collision. Three people were allegedly transported to local hospitals with leg injuries. All are reportedly in stable condition.
Police are still investigating the circumstances leading up to the collision.
