Cartersville, GA (June 6, 2019) – Police were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle accident that took place on a local highway and led to injuries. According to police, the accident took place in the southbound lanes of Interstate 75. The accident took place just before the exit to Cartersville.

Police are not sure what caused the vehicles to collide but said that there was a variety of damages to the vehicles involved.

Paramedics arrived at the scene to offer assistance to those who received injuries.

Authorities continue their investigation into the circumstances of the accident at this time.
