Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia
Children are known for being some of the most vulnerable parties on our roads who easily lose their lives in accidents every year. This is especially true when it comes to pedestrian accidents. Children are susceptible to the worst harm in the event of a pedestrian accident due to the fact that children are not always aware of the dangers of the road, which means that these accidents occur in the blink of an eye. If you have lost somebody that you love in a pedestrian accident, it is essential that you speak with an accident attorney.
In 2018, it was reported that over 260 pedestrians were killed as a result of accidents. Many pedestrian accidents take place when drivers are not paying close attention to the roads around them. When drivers are paying close attention to their phones or decide to drive while intoxicated, a pedestrian accident can take place in the blink of an eye, sometimes leading to fatal results. If you have lost someone you love as a result of a pedestrian accident, you should always speak with a wrongful death attorney in your time of need.
