Hephzibah, GA (June 9, 2019) – Police have recently identified the elderly woman who died in a single-vehicle accident along Tobacco Road on May 31st.
According to the report, 80-year-old Rosa Lee Robertson, a resident of Atlanta, had been riding as a passenger in one of the vehicles that were not at fault for the crash. Police indicated that multiple vehicles had been involved in the dangerous accident, which took place in the vicinity of Tobacco Road, at Windsor Springs Road.
Following the crash, emergency crews transported multiple victims to a nearby hospital. EMS crews took Robertson to Augusta University Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries and died.
No details about the total number of victims or the extent of injuries have been disclosed.
