Holly Springs, GA (November 18, 2019) – Around 3:45 a.m. this morning, police responded to the scene of a car crash in the southbound lanes of GA-5.
The accident took place near the area of Sixes Road, also known as exit 11. The crash took place on the left shoulder of the highway.
There were other accidents in the area already contributing to slow traffic this morning leaving the Holly Springs area. This collision added to severe delays.
Paramedics assisted at the scene of the collision. It is not known how many were injured but one or more received medical attention. It is not known if they were transported to the hospital.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
