Macon, GA (December 3, 2019) – Around 10 a.m. this morning, an intersection accident took place at Hazel Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard in Macon.
The accident took place when a white Chevrolet sedan ran into an 18-wheeler at the intersection for reasons that are not yet known.
One lane of traffic was blocked for several hours before the area of Hazel Street as crews worked the scene of the collision.
One woman was treated for injuries. It is not known if she was hospitalized.
No other details have been released but the investigation is ongoing.
