Rome, GA (June 4, 2020) – This afternoon, a motorcycle crash with injuries took place at an intersection in Rome.
Police confirmed that the accident took place at the intersection of Lyons Drive and Shorter Avenue when a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle collided with one another.
Paramedics assisted those with injuries and discovered that the driver of the motorcycle was having trouble breathing and a variety of other injuries. The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Traffic was heavily impacted in all lanes at the intersection for some time.
No further details have been released but the investigation is currently ongoing.
