Brandon Snellings

Brandon Snellings has spent 20 years in personal injury law. He started as a law clerk while still in law school and grew into the managing attorney of a successful personal injury firm. Along the way he has worked on every part of how an injury practice runs, from the first call a client makes to the day a case is resolved.

That experience covers:

• Overseeing client intake and the assignment of cases
• Designing and implementing case management software
• Drafting and improving firmwide document templates
• Bringing new technology into everyday legal practice
• Building practice systems that maximize case value for clients
• Training, coaching and supervising attorneys and paralegals
• Auditing and evaluating file handling, litigation strategy and case values across a firm
• Personally resolving hundreds of lawsuits

His work has been recognized along the way. Brandon has been named a Georgia Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” honoree five times, a recognition given to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state. He also holds Martindale-Hubbell’s BV Distinguished rating for excellence in legal ability and ethical standards.

Brandon has stayed involved in the legal community and in Columbus itself. He is a past president of the Columbus Young Lawyers Division, serving on the executive board of the Columbus Bar Association, and a past president of the Columbus Trial Lawyers Association. Away from the office he has played in local CORTA tennis leagues and CASA soccer leagues, and he has both served as legal counsel for and played with the Columbus Lions and Beyond the Game Sports leagues.

Brandon lives in Phenix City, Alabama. When he isn’t busy helping our clients, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, traveling and hiking with his partner Kristen, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers. He is also a proud pop culture geek, with fandoms that include the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings and Critical Role.
