Attorney Ken Nugent Litigation Team

At Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C., we pride ourselves on representing our clients to the best of our abilities. Part of this mission includes using all the resources at our disposal to ensure that we can achieve the best possible outcome for every case. One of our most valuable resources is our litigation team. Most personal injury firms use 3rd party companies to handle the case analysis, assembly of exhibits and gathering expert witnesses.

At Kenneth S. Nugent P.C. we have a more unique approach. Our in-house litigation team allows us to maintain close control of every aspect of the case. This ensures that we have a comprehensive understanding of the accident, the injuries, and how our client’s life has been affected. Having this detailed knowledge on every case we take to trial allows us to ensure that the best litigation plan is implemented for each client.

At trial, it is extremely important to adequately convey the facts and circumstances surrounding an incident to a jury. Because our in-house litigation department is assembling every aspect of the case, from scene and injury analysis to trial preparation, gives us an unparalleled insight into how our clients have been affected by their injuries, as well as the best way to effectively and successfully communicate this information to a jury in order to maximize compensation. Juries have grown accustom to mixed media presentations in the courtroom and we continue to strive to be on the forefront of the technology.
