Adeash “AJ” Lakraj is a trial attorney dedicated to representing individuals against powerful employers, corporations, insurance companies, and institutions. Based in Atlanta, AJ has built his career advocating for people whose rights, livelihoods, and well-being have been harmed by negligence, discrimination, retaliation, and abuses of power.

AJ currently serves as the Managing Attorney for the Employee Rights Group, where he leads employment litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and civil rights claims. In this role, he advocates for employees facing unlawful workplace practices and works to hold employers accountable for violations of federal and state employment laws.

He has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts and is known for his aggressive advocacy, strategic litigation approach, and commitment to client communication.
