Ken became a member of the Georgia Bar Association in 1980. He has practiced personal injury law since that time, and in 1989, formed Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C., which now has offices in eight Georgia cities. Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. has attorneys licensed in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, West Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Washington D.C., and handles cases in those jurisdictions. Ken is married and has five children.

Mike served as a Superior Court law clerk and an Assistant District Attorney for the Conasauga Judicial Circuit, before entering private practice. He has extensive civil and criminal trial experience and has handled litigation in numerous counties throughout the State. In 1995, he also became admitted to the Florida State Bar. In addition to handling personal injury cases for Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C., Mike is a General Civil and Domestic Relations Mediator for Cobb, Dekalb and Gwinnett counties.

Attorney Christopher J. Adams received his Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University and his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a State prosecutor in Georgia and handled felony cases as well as DUI and serious injury by motor vehicle prosecution. He changed his focus to civil litigation and practiced insurance defense with the law firm of Schrader Byrd and Companion of Wheeling, West Virginia. He is licensed to practice in both West Virginia and Georgia and in both Sate and Federal jurisdictions.

Attorney Matt Kirtlink graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, with a B.S. in Political Science and History and went on to receive his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. Admitted to both the Georgia and Florida bar associations, Matt has practiced in South Georgia since law school and has focused his career on litigating cases for people who were injured as a result of automobile collisions, tractor trailer crashes, work related accidents and medical malpractice.  Matt was formerly Secretary/Treasurer of the Dougherty County Bar Association and served as an adjunct professor at Valdosta State University where he taught courses focusing on civil procedure, business law, family law, and real estate transactions and also coached the Valdosta State Mock Trial team.

Christopher has practiced law in Georgia for over 15 years. Christopher's legal career covers a wide array of legal areas both civil and criminal. He is a former Public Defender as well as the former City Solicitor for the City of Albany, Georgia. In addition to working with the firm, Christopher is also serving as an Adjunct Professor at Albany State University where he teaching a variety of law classes. Christopher is a former United States Marine and has been admitted to the bar in both Georgia and the District of Columbia.

Attorney Michael G. Orr spent his early years in Michigan and attended Michigan State University as an undergraduate, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. He subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and spent the next decade as a management consultant for multi-national corporations. He attended law school at Emory University and has worked for Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. in the law firm's Atlanta, Augusta, and Savannah offices since graduation from law school.

Attorney Daniel Leppert received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School. Upon graduating from Notre Dame in 2008, he moved to Atlanta and became a member of the State Bar of Georgia.

Attorney Jason R. Woolf received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia's Terry School of Business and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Jason was an Associate at a large multi-national firm in Atlanta and concentrated his practice on commercial real estate law.

He has since changed his focus to civil litigation. He is licensed to practice in Georgia.

Attorney Holman graduated from Tennessee Technological University. He then attended and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class from Cumberland School of Law at Sanford University in 1990. He was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 1990, and worked primarily in general practice, which included the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, bankruptcy and insurance law, among others. He relocated to the Atlanta area in late 1992 after he was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia. He is admitted to all State Courts in Georgia as well as Federal District Courts in both Tennessee and Georgia. Since he moved his practice to Georgia, he has continued to focus on plaintiffs' personal injury and other areas of civil litigation in the courts of both Georgia and Tennessee.

After receiving a degree in engineering, Christina Wagner worked as a structural engineer for the Fluor Corporation in Irvine, California, while she worked towards her masters at the University of Southern California. After graduating from law school in 1985 she practiced products liability law, representing such companies as the 7-Up Corporation, Mitsubishi Corporation, Whirlpool, Hon Industries, and Freightliner. She served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles, Santa Monica and Malibu courts and served as a mediator for the State Bar. She has been practicing law in Georgia for the last 15 years.

Attorney Mitchel S. Evans obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University in 1991. Mitch is licensed to practice in Georgia in both State and Federal jurisdictions. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mitch practiced primarily in the area of automobile insurance defense for 18 years at the firm of Crim & Bassler, LLP, where he was a partner for more than 14 years. Mitch has been lead counsel in more than 150 jury trials in State and Superior courts across the State of Georgia.

Mark Pitts received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computers from Georgia Southwestern College and his Juris Doctorate from Walter F. George School of Law. After graduation from law school he opened a private practice in Americus, Georgia. His practice consisted of a general practice including criminal, domestic, real estate and civil litigation. While in private practice he was a Special Assistant Attorney General representing the Department of Family and Children Services in cases involving neglect and abuse of children.  He was also a Municipal Court Judge. In 1995, Mark received mediation training in both civil and domestic mediation and has been mediating since. In June of 2002, Mark joined our firm and works in our Macon location.  From our Macon location he handles clients cases and litigation throughout middle and South Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
