DeKalb Co, GA – Multi-Car Crash Causes Injuries on I-85 at Druid Hills Rd
DeKalb Co, GA (April 1, 2021) – Around 6:00 p.m. on Thursday evening, April 1, a serious car crash with injuries occurred in DeKalb County.
Officials confirmed that the crash took place in the southbound lanes of I-85 around the area of Druid Hills Road. Few details have been released but it is believed that several vehicles collided with each other in the area, leading to extensive damages and possible injuries.
Paramedics and multiple other responders were present at the scene of the accident to help those in need. The injured victims were not identified but it is believed that two or more were treated at the scene or taken to the hospital for evaluation.
The left lanes of the roadway were closed down for some time, leading to delays and backups.
