LaFayette, GA (April 5, 2021) – Around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday night, April 4, a serious motorcycle accident took place on a highway in LaFayette.

The accident happened on GA-136 around the entrance to Walmart. A motorcycle collided with a passenger vehicle in the area, which led to extensive damages to both vehicles.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The intersection was blocked in the area of the accident for an extended period of time.
