Cartersville, GA – Car Accident at E Church St & Liberty Dr
Cartersville, GA (April 9, 2021) – At 1:41 p.m. on the afternoon of Thursday, April 8, a car accident occurred at an intersection in Cartersville.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of East Church Street and Liberty Drive. Two vehicles collided in the area after they entered the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
