Atlanta, GA - Serious Injuries Caused By Car Crash on I-285 at Bolton Rd

Norcross, GA (April 18, 2021) – At 10:40 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, April 18, a car accident occurred at an intersection in Norcross.

According to the Gwinnett Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Hayes Drive around the area of Singleton Road. Two or more vehicles collided in the area due to unknown reasons, which led to extensive damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time, which led to delays in the area.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
