5/23 Atlanta, GA – Car Accident on Downtown Connector with Serious Injuries

Loganville, GA (April 20, 2021) – Before 9:30 p.m. on the night of Sunday, April 18, a serious car accident with injuries occurred at a Loganville intersection.

According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-18 and Ozora Church Road. The driver of a passenger vehicle lost control around the area of the intersection, crashing off the side of the road. The vehicle sustained severe damages as a result.

Paramedics and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. Several victims were hospitalized with a variety of injuries.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
