Carnesville, GA – Tractor-Trailer Accident with Injuries on I-85
Carnesville, GA (May 10, 2021) – Around 7 a.m. on the morning of Monday, May 10, a tractor-trailer accident took place in Carnesville.
According to local officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-85 around the area of Old Federal Road. A tractor-trailer was involved in a collision with one or more other vehicles, which led to extensive damages. HAZMAT crews were present at the scene due to debris from the truck all over the roadway.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. One or more victims were injured as a result of their injuries.
All lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for some time, which led to extensive damages.
