Atlanta, GA – Car Accident on I-285 Near Chamblee Tucker Rd
Atlanta, GA (May 25, 2021) – At 7:40 a.m. on Tuesday morning, May 25, a car accident with injuries occurred on an Atlanta highway.
According to Atlanta officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Chamblee Tucker Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved were left with extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
One or more lanes were blocked in the area for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
