Cartersville, GA – Serious Car Crash on Bennett Kimbral Rd
Cartersville, GA (May 25, 2021) – On Tuesday night, May 25, a serious car crash with injuries occurred on a Cartersville roadway.
According to Bartow County officials, the accident happened on Bennett Kimbral Road when a vehicle was traveling in the area and the driver suddenly lost control. The vehicle crashed off the side of the road.
One or more victims were trapped inside the vehicle. It is believed that at least one passenger and possibly the driver was rushed to the hospital with injuries. A medical helicopter was called to the scene for injured victims.
The roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
