Acworth, GA (May 26, 2021) – Around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, May 26, a car accident with injuries took place on a highway in Acworth.
According to officials, the accident took place in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Glade Road. Few details regarding the accident have been released but it is believed that the accident involved several vehicles. The vehicles involved were extensively damaged.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not yet known.
