Augusta, GA – Two-Car Crash Causes Injuries at Cross Court and & Courtview Drs
Augusta, GA (May 26, 2021) – Around 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday night, May 26, a possible hit-and-run accident took place in the Augusta area.
According to authorities, the accident took place on Cross Court Drive at the intersection with Courtview Drive. Police confirmed that at least one victim sustained injuries in the two-car crash, though the total number of injured victims is unknown.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident. However, police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the collision at this time and did not release the victims’ current conditions.
Officers did not say whether the driver stayed on the scene to cooperate with authorities and were reportedly still piecing together the events leading up to the wreck.
