Atlanta, GA – Car Accident in NB Lanes of I-75 Near University Ave
Atlanta, GA (May 28, 2021) – At 10:24 a.m. on Friday, May 28, a car accident happened on a highway in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of University Avenue. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when one struck the rear of the other. This caused extensive damages to both vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were rushed to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The center lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
