Valdosta, GA – Four Injured in Car Crash with Ejection on I-75
Valdosta, GA (May 29, 2021) – At 12:15 a.m. on Saturday morning, May 29, a car crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Valdosta.
According to the Valdosta Fire Department and officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of exit 16. The driver of a vehicle lost control, crashing in the area. All four people inside the vehicle were ejected onto the roadway.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. All four of the victims were rushed to South Georgia Medical Center for treatment of critical injuries.
Fire crews and police worked to clear the scene in the area.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
