Lilburn, GA – Car Accident on US-78 Near Stone Dr Leads to Injuries
Lilburn, GA (May 30, 2021) – At 11:53 a.m. on Sunday morning, May 30, a car accident took place on a major highway in Lilburn.
According to officials, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of US-78 around the area of Stone Drive. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved were left with extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Two left lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for a period of time.
