Dallas, GA – Injury Accident Reported at Ridge Rd & Wheelers Dr
Dallas, GA (August 18, 2021) – At 6:51 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, August 17, a car accident with injuries occurred in Dallas.
According to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office, the accident took place at the intersection of Ridge Road and Wheelers Drive. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be removed from the scene by tow trucks.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the accident. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for approximately 45 minutes as police cleared the scene.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
