Morrow, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 Near Jonesboro Rd
Morrow, GA (September 26, 2021) – At 3:40 a.m. on Sunday morning, September 26, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Morrow.
According to Clayton County Police, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Jonesboro Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be removed from the scene by tow trucks.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
One lane of traffic was blocked in the area for a period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
