Norcross, GA (October 28, 2020) – Around 12:22 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, October 28, a truck collision with injuries occurred in Norcross.
The accident, according to police, took place in the northbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Langford Parkway. Though few details have been released regarding the circumstances of the collision, it is believed that a truck and several other vehicles collided on the highway for reasons that are not yet known. The accident led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. The extent of their injuries is not yet known.
Three right lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time until the scene was cleared.
