Senoia, GA (January 25, 2020) – This afternoon, Coweta County officials assisted at the scene of a fatal plane crash on GA-16 in the area of Tinsley Way in Senoia.
Police did not confirm the total amount of people involved in the accident but said that two people were pronounced dead at the scene after a plane crashed on GA-16.
The accident closed down all lanes of the highway for an extended period of time this afternoon, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.
Police continue to investigate the accident at this time.
