Suwannee, GA (December 4, 2019) – At 3:25 a.m. this morning, a travel advisory was issued by Gwinnett County officials following a serious car accident with injuries in Suwannee.
The accident took place in the northbound lanes of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard just north of Suwannee Dam Road.
Most lanes of traffic were blocked following the multi-vehicle accident that led to injuries in one or more parties. Various emergency services were at the scene of the collision assisting those with injuries.
Delays continued well into the morning hours, leading to backups in traffic for quite some time.
The investigation of the accident currently continues.
