Dallas, GA (December 2, 2019) – Police claim that a fatal pedestrian accident took place following a domestic dispute on Perkins Road in Dallas.
The accident took place at a home on 283 Perkins Road in Dallas when a 72-year-old man was involved in an argument with his 52-year-old girlfriend when he allegedly ran her over by accident.
When responders arrived at the scene of the accident, they found the pedestrian with traumatic injuries and she was tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Police were able to determine that there were multiple domestic violence calls at the residence in the past. The suspect was immediately arrested and charged with murder and aggravated assault for the fatal accident.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
